Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Return

Please contact us at support@ltushop.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
